Job Summary: We are looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team! The right candidate will have experience as a technician, service advisor, or have general industry experience! As we are one of the highest-volume dealers in the Jeep world, we are looking for a level, confident, personable, and organized individual. The right person will be able to work with both our shop foreman, our automotive technicians, and our service advisors to get work assigned and organized as it enters into our service department! • Competitive Pay $50,000 - $75,000, 40 hour work week!

Responsibilities

• Work together with technicians to ensure evenly distributed work through our service department
• Increase customer satisfaction by maintaining in-place guidelines for time expectations for service work execution
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and communicate with service advisors if timelines change
• Increase profitability by maximizing shop capacity
• Oversee technician repairs, and as additional recommendations are sold, communicate with both technician and advisor in order to establish a timeframe for completion.
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
• Automotive service advisor experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Multitasking skills
• Proficient use of computers/business machines
