Job Description: On average we sell 30-50 used cars a week and we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual if needed. Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Greet & assist customers * Maintain & upkeep the sales floor * Take customers on test drives * Solve any problems the customer may have * Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in * Build customer relationships to drive sales * Set a clear goal for your sales performance * Show up on time * Adhere to uniform requirements * Work independently throughout the day Qualifications(Certifications, Skills): * Proficient with computers and technology * Valid driver's license * Clean driving record * Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (not required) * Good organizational skills * Capable communicator * Ability to excel in a high paced industry * Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required) Experience: We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
