Position Overview The Area Manager position oversees a team of store managers and is responsible for driving overall performance and achieving results across the designated market. This role focuses on three main pillars: performance, including sales growth, customer service, and expense management; people, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention; and process, ensuring strict adherence to operating procedures and standards. The Area Manager role plays a key role in aligning store operations with company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering consistent, high-impact results.
Responsibilities - Communicate and implement all operational initiatives effectively across store locations.
- Drive KPIs and ensure a high level of service at each location.
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
- Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and staffing each location accordingly.
- Oversee the scheduling and booking software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work alongside Managers during weekly store visits to provide hands-on leadership and support.
- Lead manager and associate development through training, feedback, coaching, and growth planning.
- Ensure continuous professional development and sales performance by providing ongoing training and education for Store Directors.
- Foster a warm, fun, and friendly environment for both store teams and clients.
Requirements - 2-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a retail or salon environment.
- A strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).
- A genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success.
- A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Open to flexible, full-time availability with the ability to travel between designated markets.
What We Offer - The total annual compensation for this position includes a base salary and bonuses. Quarterly bonuses, based on both personal and regional performance. Bonuses are designed to be realistic and attainable.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 65,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Miami - Coral Gables)
