NOW HIRING: Appointment Setter – Scheduling position

Location: Hallandale Beach, FL (Applicants within a reasonable commute preferred)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM or 11 AM – 7 PM. One weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday, 9 AM – 3 PM)

Pay: EXTREMELY competitive hourly rate + Full Health Benefits + Paid Leave

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or data entry within the construction industry , we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact – Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
• Schedule appointments – Set up meetings between prospective clients and our sales team.
• Overcome objections & provide solutions – Use your communication skills to engage customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records – Maintain customer data in our CRM system.
• Work independently – Take ownership of your work without being micromanaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Pass a background & drug screening
• Proficient in English; Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong telephone skills – Ability to build rapport, engage in conversation, and analyze customer needs quickly.
• Customer service experience preferred – Call center or appointment-setting experience a big plus!
• Construction industry experience preferred – Knowledge of impact windows, roofing, or HVAC is beneficial.
• Strong data entry skills & attention to detail
• Savvy Computer skills – Proficiency with web-based programs such as Salesforce or other CRM software
