- **Support Product Owner:** Assist with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and user acceptance testing to ensure smooth product delivery.
- **Relationship Building:** Build trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical team members, fostering a cooperative and effective working environment.
**What We're Looking For:**

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including gathering software development requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Scrum and the role of the Product Owner.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira (or similar).
- Scrum certifications such as CSM or CSPO are a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
**Location and Requirements:**
- The role is remote, but occasional visits to the office in the Tampa area may be required. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Tampa.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
**What We Offer:**
We value our employees and are committed to creating a rewarding and supportive work environment. Our benefits package includes:
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- 10 Paid Holidays
- Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
- Employee Ownership
- 401(k) Plan
- Paid Training and Certifications
- Competitive Compensation
**Our Mission:**
We help organizations transform their businesses by applying Agile principles in a flexible, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
**Our Values:**
- **Passion:** Be passionate about your work, continuously learning and growing.
- **Agile Advocacy:** Champion Agile methodologies through real-world examples and data-driven results.
- **Teamwork:** Collaborate with others, prioritizing a team-first mindset.
- **Customer-Centric:** Always focus on the needs and perspectives of our clients and their customers.
- **Quality:** Take pride in delivering high-quality results for both individual and team achievements.
- **Leadership:** Empower yourself to make decisions and drive progress with confidence.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
