We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant!
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You'll Do
Manage daily office operations and maintain filing systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support team members with various administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
