Job Summary:

Work directly with team managers in the Accounting Payable department and assist with the transition to an offshore chargebacks processing team.

Essential Functions:

• General support for AP chargebacks team and transition to offshore team.
• General support for the Treasury Analyst and analyze cash position.
• Process chargeback invoices and help with the transition to the offshore team
• Perform day to day cash clearing tasks, help research discrepancies, and analyze overall cash position.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with confidential information on a regular basis
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Working Conditions:

• Office environment
• Extensive computer work
• May be required to work at any of TFE's locations
• Frequent deadline pressures
• Numerous projects in progress at any given time
• Comply with company safety regulations

Salary Range: $27.75 - $33.90

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
